Hassle Free Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within 90 days, even after opening, ship it back to us pre-paid and we'll give you a full refund. Easy as that, no special catches, exceptions or fine print. All we ask is that you:
1. Give us a call or email to get an RMA # prior to returning your item(s). We cannot process a return without an RMA #.
2. Send the item(s) back to us with the original packaging, well packed to prevent damage during return shipment.
3. Arrange that we receive the item(s) within 90 days of the original invoice date.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
