We jumped through the hoops, (big, high, flaming hoops), wore out the speed dial button calling their specialist teams, uploaded long, complicated product spreadsheets, drop tested expensive bottles of facial serum (not fun Amazon.ca!), labelled and prepped and packaged and shipped boxes of inventory...and finally received an email today that are products have been checked in by the FBA (Fullfillment by Amazon) warehouse and are live on Amazon.ca.
